in this article obama is talking about how standardized testing is not good because with that tactic they are making creativity leave the classroom and having fill in the bubble tests. he also talks about how that we need to strengthen or public schools.

this article talks about the u.s.'s drop out rate and how it needs fixed. it also talks about how they are going to send $900 million to schools that need to improve there drop out rates go down. he will primarily give money to african-amercan and latino communities because that is where most drop outs are at.
